I love bananas! They’re such A versatile ingredient. you can use them in cakes, drinks, anything. This simple recipe is my favourite, it can be made healthy, vegan and YUMMY. However you like it.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of milks (soy milk, almond milk, whole milk - it is up to you)
2 bananas (small or medium)
1 and half scoops of vanilla ice cream (optional)
generous pinch of cinnamon
a few almonds (4-7)
METHOD:
blend in all the ingredients in a blender
blend until frothy and thick.
Enjoy and sprinkle some cinnamon on top for a kick.
