Banana Milkshake

I love bananas! They’re such A versatile ingredient. you can use them in cakes, drinks, anything. This simple recipe is my favourite, it can be made healthy, vegan and YUMMY. However you like it.



INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 cups of milks (soy milk, almond milk, whole milk - it is up to you)

  • 2 bananas (small or medium)

  • 1 and half scoops of vanilla ice cream (optional)

  • generous pinch of cinnamon

  • a few almonds (4-7)



METHOD:


  1. blend in all the ingredients in a blender

  2. blend until frothy and thick.

  3. Enjoy and sprinkle some cinnamon on top for a kick.
